Le Mémorial des FAFL

This book recounts the story of these young aviators, who fought for the liberation of France and were the first members of the FAFL. It is written based on the testimonies of the last survivors of this adventure. To illustrate it, several hundred photos taken from albums stored in trunks, badges, flight logs, and military papers and archives have been found. They illustrate these previously unpublished pages. The journey of the first volunteers was not without loss. Many of them fell in the first few weeks. This book is dedicated to them.
