In application of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and then of European Regulation No. 2016/679 and its Directive No. 2016/680 of April 27, 2016, which came into force on May 25, 2018, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the CUSTOMER is notably necessary for the processing of his ORDER, the proper execution of sales and delivery operations and the preparation of invoices.

The SELLER, as part of its business activity, implements various data processing operations. 

This data may be communicated to the SELLER's partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of ORDERS. 

The information collected will not be transferred to any third party, and will not be communicated to any institution or government authority, except as required by law or regulation.

The processing of information communicated via the SITE complies with legal requirements for the protection of personal data, and the information system used ensures optimum protection of such data.

In accordance with current national and European regulations, all users have the right to permanent access, modification, rectification, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of information concerning them.

This right can be exercised by sending a written and signed request to the SELLER, at the address indicated in the Legal Notice, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.

None of the user's personal information will be published without his or her knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only in the event of the sale of the SELLER's business would the said information be transmitted to the purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data in respect of the user.

For his part, the user is required to comply with the provisions of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the violation of which is punishable by criminal penalties. 

Should the user become aware of a violation of the General Data Protection Regulation, he/she may take action himself/herself, or appoint an association or body mentioned in IV of article 43 ter of the 1978 French Data Protection Act, to obtain redress against the data controller or subcontractor before a civil or administrative court or before the French Data Protection Commission.

Provisions relating to cookies

The user is hereby informed that cookies or other technologies are used when connecting to the SITE, subject to the user's expressed choice, which may be modified at any time.

The SITE contains a number of hypertext links to other websites, set up with the authorization of the publishers concerned. However, the SELLER is not in a position to check the content of sites visited in this way, and consequently assumes no responsibility in this respect.

When visiting the SITE for the first time, the user is informed by a banner that if he/she continues browsing, he/she accepts the installation of cookies on his/her equipment.

Users may revoke their consent at any time:

- either by deleting the refusal cookie ;

- or by any of the means described below.

Browsing the SITE may cause cookies to be installed on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a SITE. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing on the SITE, and is also used to measure visitor numbers.

Under Safari: Click on the menu icon (symbolized by a cog) at the top right of the browser / Select Settings / Click on Show advanced settings / In the Privacy section, click on Content settings / In the Cookies section, you can block cookies.

Under Chrome: Click on the menu icon (symbolized by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser / Select Settings / Click on Show advanced settings / In the Privacy section, click on Preferences / In the Privacy tab, you can block cookies.
