Bolt Action model - Sherman V

Supplied to Great Britain by the Americans, the M4A4 was renamed the Sherman V by its new owners. The Sherman V was the mainstay of British and Polish armored units in the final years of the Second World War (and was also used by Free France).

It is perhaps the most popular British tank. The only drawback was a high silhouette, but the Sherman made up for this in reliability, robustness and sheer numbers. Armed with a 75 mm cannon and two 30-caliber machine guns, the Sherman V stood up very well on its own.
